Get ready for One UI 7.0 Beta (August 2024)

Google already showed off the two glimpse of it’s next iteration of the Android operating system, Android 15, since the second beta of the iteration is already available to download now. Samsung will also accede to Android 15 for Galaxy devices in its next version of customized Android skin, the One UI 7.0.

One UI 7 Beta: Arrival

Ritually, Samsung will release the Android 15-based One UI 7.0 beta initially to its high-end Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S23, and more devices. Meanwhile, Samsung has already started One UI 7 beta testing for the Galaxy S24 series as reported by a tipster on X.

The Korean giant will make the Android 15-based One UI 7 Beta available in 7 specific regions; China, Germany, India, Poland, Korea, US, and UK.

Samsung’s next iteration One UI 7.0 Beta is expected to arrive in August this year. Android 15 Beta will expand to more Android flagships from different manufacturers by I/O 2024, except Samsung, since it won’t participate in Android’s native Beta activity.

Based on the previous OS update’s schedule, Google Pixel smartphones are expected to get stable Android 15 sometime in late October this year.

One UI 7 Beta: Eligible Galaxy Devices

Recently debuted Galaxy S24 series is first in the line to get One UI 7 Beta in August as mentioned above. In the second phase – Galaxy S23 & Galaxy S22 would join the list of One UI 7 Beta along with current foldable devices and forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 devices as well.

Some mid-range ones, including, Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35 could also be able to join Beta.
