Samsung is close to debuting the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Both phones will run Android 14-based One UI 6.1.1 software. This latest software version will let you place multiple widgets in the same view on the Galaxy Z Flip 6’s cover screen.
Before the official announcement of the Galaxy Z Flip 6, leaks and rumors already revealed most of the details of the phone. The new report suggests that the Korean giant is looking forward to improving the widget experience on the cover screen of Galaxy Z Flip 6.
One UI 6.1.1 will let you place more widgets in the same view on the cover screen
The upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 will allow you to add at least three widgets in a single view on the cover screen. Adding more widgets on the cover screen is not possible on the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
Since adding widgets is a part of the UI, the phone will run One UI 6.1.1 out of the box. This means that One UI 6.1.1 is bringing the ability to add multi-sized widgets on the Galaxy Z Flip 6’s cover screen.

One of the leaked images showcases the UI on the phone’s cover screen. There were three widgets in a single view, which is not possible on the Galaxy Z Flip 5.
One UI 6.1.1 could allow you to add multiple widgets on the cover screen of Galaxy Z Flip 5
It is expected that One UI 6.1.1 could allow users to add multi-sized widgets on the cover screen of the current Galaxy Z Flip 5. We are predicting this since both the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 have a 3.4-inch cover screen.
