The giant could offer 2TB of internal storage to the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra. The current latest Galaxy S24 Ultra features 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage.

The upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to offer 16GB of RAM and up to 2TB of internal storage. If this report comes true then it will be a massive upgrade in the history of the Galaxy family.
This is being speculated by a tipster, on X who shared a post, suggesting that, the Galaxy S25 Ultra arrive with 2TB.
Galaxy S25 series release date & features
Following the previous Galaxy S series schedules, the forthcoming Galaxy S25 series is expected to be scheduled in early 2025.
It has already been revealed that the Galaxy S25 will feature a 5000mAh battery power with the 45W charging support same as its predecessor. Before any official announcement, leaks and reports have already leaked much about the Galaxy S25 series.

The brand will power the ultra variant with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Although, previously it was reported that the entire Galaxy S25 series could have Snapdragon 8 gen 4 chipset.
A massive camera update is also expected with the Galaxy S25 Ultra. It will run One UI 7.1 based on Android 15 out of the box. If the reports come true, this coming series will bring a new revolution in the tech industry. However, Samsung has yet to reveal the Galaxy S25 Ultra massive upgrade official about the Galaxy S25 series.
