Somewhere how, one of the key reason reason behind delaying in One UI 7 is the delay in Android 15. In the end, Google pushed out the source code for developers, including Samsung. So Samsung can effortlessly customize its One UI 7 based on Android 15.  

The released Android 15 source code will surely help Samsung to customize One UI 7 more quickly to release the beta update soon. 

TM Roh’s dedication towards One UI 7 hints at the close release 

TM Roh, the head of Samsung’s mobile business, is personally supervising the development of One UI 7. This transparently suggests that the company is actively working. 

The aim behind this personal supervision is to ensure that the Android 15-based One UI 7 is excellently crafted.

It’s being speculated by a well-reliable tipster, Ice Universe, who shared a post on X, hints that TM Roh is supervising One UI 7 development. 

“One thing that is particularly worth noting is that TM Roh personally supervised the development of One UI 7. He began to pay special attention to the software experience, more than ever before.” 

His activeness strongly suggests that the One UI 7 release is close. Recently, it was also reported that Samsung is not in the mood to open the One UI 7 beta program at least for this week. 

It will be interesting to see whether the awaiting Android 15-based One UI 7 will be worth the long wait.
