Samsung has started distributing the November 2024 security patch for the Galaxy A53 5G. The update is available in Europe and Asian countries. Recently, the many Galaxy smartphones, tablets, and foldables have already received it.

Galaxy A53 5G users are getting the November update with firmware versions A536BXXSDEXJB and A536EXXSDEXJB for Europe and Asia, respectively. The latest OTA update for A53 brings November 2024 Android security paths that improve the overall security of the device. These patches are addressing over 52 vulnerabilities as per the SMR.
This is a monthly software update that may include known bug fixes; however, it does not bring new features. Even if there are no new features in the update, you should still install it for the security of the device. The update may also improve system stability and app performances.
How to download
- First, go to Settings.
- Now tap on the software update option.
- Finally, click on the Download and Install button.
