Samsung is just one month and a week away from debuting the Galaxy S25 series at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event; Here’s the release date, day, time, and venue.

The Korean brand ‘Samsung‘ usually holds two Galaxy Unpacked events in a year. The first in the first half and the second in the second half.
Currently, it is gearing up to host the first unpacked of 2025. A well-reliable tipster, Alvin, shared a post on X. Claiming that Samsung to hold Galaxy Unpacked 2025 on January 22, at 10 a.m. PT, in San Jose, California. However, the previous leaks also reported that same date.

At the event, the company will introduce the Galaxy S25 series and more devices. The tipster also mentioned a list of devices that will launch at the event.
Samsung Galaxy S25 series release date & time
It’s already anticipated that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will debut at the Galaxy Unpacked event next year on 22 January. In San Jose, California, at 10 a.m. PT. The series will include three devices –
- Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra
Apart from these three standard models, Samsung is also rumored to debut one more device under the same series called Galaxy S25 Slim. However, it’s not confirmed yet whether the company will debut it alongside the series at the unpacked event.

The series will entirely be powered by Snapdragon 8 Elite. And run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. This means that if the reported date and expectations come true, the stable One UI 7 version will be released on January 22.
Samsung to announce these devices at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025
Apart from the Galaxy S25, the tipster mentioned one more device in the list to debut at the event which is as follows –
- Galaxy S25
- Galaxy S25+
- Galaxy S25 Ultra
- “Project “Moohan” XR headset teaser
Recently, it was reported that Samsung is also planning to introduce two bigger sizes of Galaxy Ring in January. So it could be possible that the company will introduce at the event.
However, Samsung has yet to unveil the official date for the event, it remains to see whether this leaked date will come true.
