Samsung pushed the second software update to the Galaxy S25 series. The update includes March 2025 security patches, and as of writing, the update is only spotted in Korea.
The March 2025 update firmware builds for the Galaxy S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra are S931NKSU1AYC3, S936NKSU1AYC3, and S938NKSU1AYC3, respectively. For Galaxy S25 series units, the firmware OTA update size is 577.18 MB.

The March 2025 update contains fixes for more than 58 issues, of which 11 are critical and around 40 are high-level. Along with these security improvements, the update also carries stability improvements to make performance more stable.
How to download
- First, go to the settings menu.
- Here, scroll down and click on the software update option.
- Finally, tap on Download and install.
- Now the device will automatically check for the update.
- Once the OTA update is available, hit the Download button and then install it.
The Galaxy S25 series was released in January this year. These units received their first software update last month in the form of the February patch. It is eligible for monthly security patches.
These units are the first Galaxy devices that are announced with Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. The units are eligible for 7 major upgrades and 7 years of security support too.
