Galaxy S25 Slim could be announced globally

Samsung is to hold its first unpacked launch event of 2025 next month, in which the company is ready to introduce its next flagship smartphone series, the Galaxy S25 Series. As always, the flagship series may include 3 models, including the base S25, S25 Plus, and S25 Ultra.

Now coming to the main topic this year, a new variant of the S25 series could be introduced. A new leak suggests that the company may launch the Galaxy S25 Slim variant. According to leaker Erencan Yılmaz, Samsung may introduce a new Galaxy S25 Slim model globally.

The leaker posted a new post on X of a certification that suggests that Samsung is working on an SM-S937B/DS model number smartphone. It seems it probably will be a Galaxy S25 Slim smartphone.

Previously, another reliable tipster, Ice Universe, tipped about the Galaxy S25 Slim‘s existence. The device will be equipped with a triple rear camera setup, including a 200MP primary (ISOCELL HP5), a 50MP (JN5) ultrawide, and a 50MP (JN5) telephoto camera sensor.

Also, the leaked model number suggests that the device is a global version, which also supports dual SIM. This Slim version could be more affordable than the regular flagship series. Or we can expect that it could be replaced with Fan Edition.

However, the Galaxy S25 series will be released with One UI 7 based on Android 15 out of the box. And older Samsung Galaxy devices will started getting stable One UI 7 after Galaxy S25 release.
