Before any official announcement, it was rumored that Samsung would open the One UI 7 beta program on 29 July. 

Today is 29 July and the report goes wrong! The Korean giant didn’t open the One UI 7 beta program. Let’s take a closer look at the reason why the giant getting late to open the awaiting beta program. 

Earlier this month, Samsung introduced One UI 6.1.1 version on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. This latest software update is still pending to be rolled out on One UI 6.1.1 eligible devices. This is one of the reasons behind the delay.

Since the giant is still working on One UI 6.1.1. Once the company rolls out the One UI 6.1.1 update to almost all Galaxy devices, it will look forward to the One UI 7. 

The second reason behind the delay, the company is still working on One UI 7 under the hood, which means that the version is not even ready to come over the hood. That is causing delays in the open One UI 7 beta program.

Observing the several situations, it is expected that sometime in August, the brand could open the One UI 7 beta program, initially for the Galaxy S24 series.
