March 2025 is here, and still the One UI 7 stable update is not rolled out to the Samsung Galaxy devices, but some good thing is that the company is rolling out security updates on time. The Korean tech giant detailed the March 2025 Android security update.
March 2025 security update details
The March 2025 security update for Galaxy devices comes with more than 58 patches to address security issues. Out of these 58 patches, Google has added 51 patches, which will fix 11 critical and 40 high-level security vulnerabilities in the Android system, while Samsung has also added 7 more patches for its Galaxy devices.
Samsung also end software support for three Galaxy smartphones. Galaxy A32 5G, Galaxy M12, and Galaxy F12 has been removed from the March 2025 security bulletin.
Although the March 2025 update has not yet started rolling out for any Galaxy devices, Samsung will soon start rolling out this update as the company has successfully done its job in delivering security updates almost on time every month.
One UI 7 delays
Apart from the March 2025 update details, if we talk about One UI 7, then Samsung has been very disappointed in giving this major upgrade this time, where other smartphone companies are preparing to release the beta of Android 16 soon, while Samsung has not yet given Android 15-based One UI 7 to its users.
