Motion Clipper helps you convert particular parts from live photos (Motion Photos) into GIFs. Now you can make GIFs directly from live photos effortlessly.
It allows you to remove objects or people from Motion photos and convert them into animated GIFs or live stickers. It will improve the multimedia capabilities of the Galaxy ecosystem.
How to use the Motion Clipper feature
You can easily use the Motion Clipper feature on the Galaxy device running One UI 6.1.1 software version. To covert live photos into GIFs follow the easy steps as mentioned below –
- Open Motion Photo >> Long press on any desired object or person >> The device will clip it and offer you the option to save it as a GIF.

Motion clipper feature-supported devices
The brand has introduced this convenient feature with One UI 6.1.1. For now, the recently launched Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 are the only two devices to run One UI 6.1.1.
