One UI 6 Watch Features coupled with Galaxy AI 

Samsung announced the expansion of its Galaxy AI era to its upcoming Galaxy Watches to enhance the health monitoring experience. Yes! You read that right, the Galaxy AI is coming via One UI 6 Watch features to new Galaxy watches. 

Initially, Samsung exclusively launched a dozen generative AI features under the Galaxy AI on the recently launched Galaxy S24 series. Then gradually, expand it to more eligible high-end Galaxy devices. Now it’s turn for the Galaxy wearable smartwatches to get the AI tools. The Korean giant is on the way to building some of the most personalized and secure health experiences yet.

One UI 6 Watch features 

Energy Score – 

The Energy Score feature offers a better understanding of your day-to-day condition through a combined analysis of personal health metrics. These metrics will include sleep time average, sleep time consistency, bed/wake time consistency, sleep timing, sleeping heart rate, and more. 

Sleep AI algorithm – 

Sleep Insight and the sleep AI algorithm will provide additional in-depth sleep insights. This will give a more detailed and accurate analysis of your sleep quality. The added metrics will include movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate, and respiratory rate during sleep. 

Wellness Tips – 

It will help you to reach your personal health goal by offering insights, motivational tips, and guidance based on the particular goal you are looking to achieve. 

Aerobic Threshold (AT) / Anaerobic Threshold (AnT) Heart Rate Zone 

In addition to the five running intensity levels of the Personalized Health Rate Zone, new detailed AT / Ant heart rate zone metrics support efficient running while quickly analyzing performance. 

Functional Threshold Power (FTP) 

This feature will train like a pro using a personalized Power index based on AI data analysis to maximize performance. Fitness tracking tools will also help you track workouts and progress with greater convenience. 

Samsung is all set to debut these new AI tools on the upcoming Galaxy Watch line-up through the One UI 6 Watch update. However, the giant stated, that only a limited number of Galaxy Watch users will have early access to the beta program starting in June.
