Samsung Galaxy S25 to run One UI 7.0 or One UI 7.1 out of the box is a hot topic among Galaxy fans. A new One UI 7.1 test built on the Galaxy S25 test server hints at the possibility of debuting with the series.

The series is supposed to run Android 15-based One UI 7.0 out of the box at least up to date. Although, there’s no official word regarding this expectation.

On X, a reliable tipster, Tarun Vats, shared a post revealing a new One UI 7.1 internal test build of Galaxy S25.

The newly spotted internal build hinted that Samsung could follow its ritual by introducing the Galaxy S25 series with One UI 7.1.

Samsung has its ritual to debut its latest Galaxy S-series devices based on its latest One UI x.1 iteration out of the box, as mentioned below –

  • Galaxy S24 – One UI 6.1
  • Galaxy S23 – One UI 5.1

Based on this prospect, the Galaxy S25 should also run One UI 7.1 out of the box. But we can’t neglect the fact that One UI 7 is still in the beta phase.

The stable version of One UI 7.0 has yet to be introduced. So, for now, predicting whether the series will run on which software is tricky and confusing. It remains to see what will happen next.
