One UI 8 Beta Program: Eligible Galaxy device list
Samsung is aggressively working on its next major OS iteration, Android 16-based One UI 8. It’s highly anticipated that the One UI 8 beta program will start by the end of this month: here’s the eligible Galaxy device list.
Samsung to start One UI 8 beta program soon
Google is almost around the corner from releasing the stable Android 16 version in June 2025. On April 17, it released Android 16 Beta 4 as the final beta update, although a few days later, on May 13, it released Beta 4.1, which includes several bug fixes.
Meanwhile, Samsung also seems all set to start its beta program as soon as possible, since the beta pages already started appearing on its official community websites.
The One UI 8 beta pages hint that Samsung is all set to start the Beta program any time soon. A few recent reports revealed that the One UI 8 beta program could start by the end of this month.

Samsung is in a different mood for its One UI beta program this year, so guessing work and prediction seems quite hard. Despite this, we are counting the One UI 8 beta eligible Galaxy device list, which is as follows –

Note: Last time, Samsung initially opened the One UI 7 beta program for the Galaxy S24 series and ran for a long time. A few months later, it expanded the beta update to more eligible Galaxy devices. It might repeat the same strategy with the Galaxy S25 series for the One UI 8 beta program.
The above-mentioned list is not official yet, so its possible Samsung could add more device in the list or maybe remove any one of them.
