The Korean brand Samsung is a quarter away from launching its forthcoming flagship series. If the company follows its ritual launching schedule, the Galaxy S25 lineup could debut in early 2025.
Undoubtedly, this next-generation flagship series will bring a new revolution in the smartphone market. The series will include the ritual three variants; Ultra, Plus, and Base.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 50MP Ultra-wide-angle camera
The camera setup of the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will include a 50MP ultrawide camera. It’s using an ISOCELL JN3 sensor.
Ritually, Samsung offers a 12MP ultrawide lens, this time it is looking forward to offering a camera upgrade to enhance users’ capturing experience.

The current latest Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 12 MP, f/2.2, 13mm, 120˚ (ultrawide), 1/2.55″, 1.4µm camera.
If the report is to be believed, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature an ultra-wide-angle sensor of 50MP 0.7um ISOCELL JN3 sensor.

The camera arrangement of the Galaxy S25 Ultra will include three lenses which are as follows –
- Main camera – A 200MP ISOCELL HP9
- Telephoto camera – 10MP Sony sensor with 3x
- Ultrawide camera – 50MP Sony sensor for 5x telephoto
Expected specifications of Galaxy S25 Ultra
Samsung Galaxy S25 Utlra will be powered by Qulacomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. It will run Android 15-based One UI 7.1.
The device will measure a 162.8mm x 77.6mm x 8.2mm measurement. It will equipped with a 73.0 mm wide display, whereas the Galaxy S24 Ultra has a 72.3 mm display.
The memory package is expected to include 16GB of RAM. It could feature a similar 5000mAh battery capacity with the support of 45W charging speed.
