Samsung Galaxy S26 series
Samsung debuted the latest Galaxy S series in January each year. According to this ritual, the company is supposed to launch the Galaxy S26 series early next year.
The series is anticipated to include at least three variants –
- Galaxy S26
- Galaxy S26+
- Galaxy S26 Ultra
It is also rumored that Samsung could power the Galaxy S26 series with in-house Exynos 2600 chipset.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may feature a 200MP Telephoto camera
It’s quite early to discuss, but leaks and rumors already started leaking reports about the Galaxy S26 series.
According to a new report from a well-reliable tipster Digital Chat Station (via) Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may have a 200MP Telephoto camera and a 1/1.5-inch large sensor.
The report suggests that Samsung plans to offer a massive camera upgrade with the Galaxy S26 Ultra. The company is setting up to bring a new revolution in the tech industry regarding camera setup next year.
However, there’s no official word regarding this report, but if it comes true, it will be a massive upgrade. Since up to date Samsung has offered the highest 10MP Telephoto camera to its flagship Galaxy device.
Galaxy S25 Ultra camera setup
Samsung is all set to debut the Galaxy S25 series within a few hours at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The series will include; Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra is anticipated to feature a quad-camera setup, the configuration is as follows –
- A 200MP Wide lens
- A 10MP Telephoto
- A 50MP Periscope Telephoto
- A 50MP Ultra-wide
It has a 10MP Telephoto camera, but an upgraded 50MP ultrawide camera. However, Samsung is working on upgrading its camera setup over the last few Galaxy S-series. So it could be possible the Galaxy S26 Ultra could feature a 200MP telephoto camera.
