Following flagship and midrange Galaxy devices, the company released the latest security improvement update to the budget Galaxy A15 5G smartphone. The update is spotted in India and Australia. However, it already received this update in Korea.

Galaxy A15 5G March 2025 update
The March 2025 update for the Galaxy A15 has been delivered with firmware version A156EDXS5BYB1. And the download size of this brand new OTA update is 270.74 MB.
This latest monthly software update includes March 2025 Android security patches to fix more than 58 issues, and along with these patches, it also brings system improvements to make the device more stable.
However, it does not contain new features or functions, but still, the update is important as it may protect your smartphone from security flaws.
In addition, the Galaxy A15 is the third A-series Galaxy device that is receiving this latest security update, while a few days ago the Galaxy A55 and A54 received the same security update.
