Samsung offers a lot of functionality in the official camera app of its Galaxy devices. However, for a more professional experience, the company announced an additional settings app for the official Camera app. The Korean tech giant named it Camera Assistant.
Camera Assistant has many options, like auto HDR, auto lens switching, high-resolution settings, and many more. These additional customization abilities could improve your shots from the phone.
However, the app was announced two years ago, in October 2022. In the beginning, it was only available for a few devices. But now it is available on over 30 Galaxy devices. Below you can see the full list of Camera Assistant-supported devices.

Not all features of Camera Assistant are available for every eligible device, as some features depend on device capabilities. For example, the Ultra variant of the Galaxy S22 or S23 has few additional options for the 200MP camera.
