After the successful launch of the Galaxy S25, the company released the first firmware update for these units a few days ago in Korea. Now this update has started rolling out for the US units of the S25 series.

As of now, it is spotted on carrier-locked units of Verizon, T-Mobile, and Spectrum Mobile. Users are receiving this brand new firmware with build numbers S931USQU1AYB3, S936USQU1AYB3, and S938USQU1AYB3 for S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, respectively.
The download size of the February update for S25 is 612.53 MB. Over 40 security issues are being fixed with the February 2025 update. The unlocked units and remaining carriers will also get this update in the coming days.
