Samsung is gearing up to expand its tablet family by debuting a new Galaxy Tab S11 series later this year, and the Ultra variant of the series could get a massive battery boost.
Samsung to launch Galaxy Tab S11 series later this year
The Korean tech giant is working on its next-generation tablet series called Galaxy Tab S11. It will include at least two models –
- Galaxy Tab S11
- Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra
It is highly anticipated that the company will debut the new tables later this year. Apart from these two devices, the Korean tech giant is also working on one more tablet named Galaxy Tab S10 Lite, as it was spotted on Geekbench.
Samsung to offer massive battery upgrade to the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra
One of our reliable colleagues, GalaxyClub, revealed that Samsung is looking forward to offering a battery boost with the upcoming Galaxy Tab S11 series.
According to the report, the Galaxy Tab S11 will feature a battery with a rated capacity of 8,160 mAh, which is expected to be marketed with a typical capacity of 8,400mAh.
Whereas the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra could get a massive upgrade, as it will feature a battery with a rated capacity of 11,374 mAh. If the report comes true, then it will have a 500mAh higher battery as compared to its predecessor.
However, Samsung has not revealed any official statement regarding this battery boost yet, so it remains to be seen whether this report will come into existence.
