Following its home country, the March 2025 update for Galaxy Z Fold6, Flip6, Fold5, and Flip5 is starting to be distributed in the European region too. This brand new monthly update is rolling out for these devices running on One UI 6.1.1.
The March 2025 update build versions for these flagship foldables are given below
- Galaxy Z Fold6 – F956BXXS2AYB2, Update size: 373 MB
- Galaxy Z Flip6 – F741BXXS2AYB2, Update size: 376 MB
- Galaxy Z Fold5 – F946BXXS5DYB3, Update size: 440 MB
- Galaxy Z Flip5 – F731BXXS5DYB3, Update size: 425 MB
The company brings this security update to fix almost 58 security issues in Galaxy devices. Along with March Android security patches, it also improves system performance in some scenarios.
Keep in mind these OTA updates are distributed in batches, so it may take a few hours to a few days to be available on every model. Further, if your device does not show the update notifications, you can manually check for it by heading to Settings » Software Update » Download and Install.
Moreover, Fold6 and Flip6 running on One UI 7 beta have already received the March update. Meanwhile, the Fold5 and Flip5 did not receive the beta program; probably these foldables will directly get a stable update by the end of next month.
