Samsung users have to take such time-consuming steps to edit toggles. Firstly, click on the edit button. Then, at the top of the quick panel click on edit then long press and hold on to the toggles to drag it and add it to a free space. On the other side, in iOS 18, you can easily edit the toggle by tapping on the plus button housed at the top left side. Then click the add a control option at the bottom to edit toggle. That is what could One UI 7 adopt from iOS 18.

  • Customizable toggle

iOS offers a customizable toggle that lets you minimize and maximize the size of a specific toggle or switch. Drag the corner of the particular toggle to increase or decrease the size. Samsung lacks this customizable toggle in its One UI, which only allows to increase in the number of toggles. One UI 7 should bring this feature named customizable toggle.

  • The Media Page in the quick panel

iOS offers multiple pages, you can swipe up to see the queue of pages. One of the most pretty and attractive pages is the Media page. This page shows the fully-blown media player. Users can drag and shrink this media player to any size they want. Users can also leave it so they can cover the full page. For music enthusiasts, this new feature is pretty cool that’s what could One UI 7 adopt from iOS 18 to enhance the music listening experience.

  • Enhanced icon customization

iOS 18 introduced a tinted option for customizing icons. This lets you select any particular color or tint for the icons and increase & decrease the intensity of the tint. After tinting all the icons will get the tint including the third-party apps. Samsung lacks this feature on Galaxy smartphones. One UI lets you apply the color pallet to app icons but the third-party icons don’t get the tint. One UI 7 could adopt this feature.
