Recently, Samsung officially confirmed the One UI 7 beta program availability for the Galaxy A55 5G. The beta program for the A55 will be released before the end of this month, and the stable version will be released next month.

For now, the company started delivering the March 2025 update to the Galaxy A55 ahead of the One UI 7 beta program to ensure improved security of the device. The update is available to download in Europe, and other regions can expect it in the coming days.
The March 2025 update can be identified with build version A556BXXS6AYB4 for the Galaxy A55 5G, and the software download size is 276 MB.
The March 2025 update includes over 58 patches to address security vulnerabilities. It also improves the system’s stability to offer a smooth user experience. However, for the Galaxy A55, this security update does not carry new features.
Samsung releases OTA updates in batches, so the updates will not be available simultaneously on every model in the region. Galaxy A55 5G users can check for the latest software update availability by navigating to Settings » Software Update » Download and Install.
Apart from this, Galaxy A55 users will be able to experience the One UI 7 features and animations soon this month, as Samsung is ready to introduce the beta program for the A55 soon.
