Samsung has rolled out the latest security updates for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 and Galaxy Z Flip 5G. Both devices are receiving August security patches with this new update. Currently, the update is available in the US. More specifically, the update is available on the unlocked units of both devices.
The Galaxy Z Flip 5G August update comes with firmware version F707U1UES9IXH1. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 units are getting the update with firmware version F916U1UES7KXH1. The company should release the update to network-locked devices too. Other countries may receive the update in the coming week.
