Samsung Galaxy S25 series launched
Samsung launched the awaiting Galaxy S25 series today. The lineup includes three variants –
- Galaxy S25
- Galaxy S25+
- Galaxy S25 Ultra
The entire series is powered with the Snapdragon 8 Elite and runs Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box. Samsung promised seven years of software support.
Samsung has offered three memory variants for the base model (Galaxy S25): 128GB storage & 12GB RAM, 256GB storage & 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage & 12GB RAM.
The Plus model (Galaxy S25+) is available in two memory variants including 256GB storage & 12GB RAM, and 512GB storage & 12GB RAM.
The Ultra model (Galaxy S25 Ultra) is available in three memory variants including 256GB storage & 12GB RAM, 512GB storage & 12GB RAM, and 1TB storage & 12GB RAM.
Samsung Galaxy S25 series Price in the US
It was rumored that the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite could force Samsung to hike the Galaxy S25 price rates compared to the Galaxy S24 series. However, rumors don’t come true, as the official price details are quite content.
Samsung priced each device of the series based on memory variants which are as follows –

- 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage – $859
- 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage – $959
Galaxy S25+ price details –
- 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage – $999
- 2GB RAM and 512GB internal storage – $1119
Galaxy S25 Ultra price details –
- 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage – $1299
- 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage – $1419
- 12GB RAM and 1TB internal storage – $1659
Samsung already started the Pre-order program ( from 22 January to 6 February) for the series and is available on Samsung’s official site. Soon the company will make the Galaxy S25 smartphone available in local stores on 6 February.
