Samsung launched its tenth-generation Galaxy tablet lineup; the Galaxy Tab S10. Samsung promised to release seven Android OS updates for the newly launched Galaxy Tab S10 series.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 lineup
The Galaxy Tab S10 series includes two variants; Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra. Both variants feature sleek decent design and great specifications.
The plus variant features a 12.4-inch AMOLED 2x anti-reflection display with a support of 120Hz refresh rate and 2800 x 1752 resolution.

The ultra variant features a 14.6-inch AOLED 2x anti-reflection display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2,960 x 1,840px resolution.
The MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset powers both variants and runs Android 14 out of the box.
Samsung promised seven-year software support for the Galaxy S10 series
Samsung already adopted a seven-year-long software update policy earlier this year with the Galaxy S24 series.
Now to expand the new software policy, Samsung promised to offer seven years of software support to the newly launched Galaxy Tab S10.
Currently, both Galaxy Tab S10+ and Galaxy Tab S0 Ultra run Android 14 out of the box. According to the new software policy, both devices will receive seven major Android OS updates.

This means that the lineup will receive Android 21 as its last major OS update. The company will offer regular security patches till 2031.
With the major Android OS updates the tablets will receive more advanced features and upgrades as per requirements. The security patches will enhance the overall system security and increase the stability and reliability of tablets.
Alongside Galaxy Tab S10 series, Samsung also launched the latest FE variant called Galaxy S24 FE device. The company promised to offer 7 Android upgrades to the Galaxy S24 FE.
Currently, Samsung is gearing up to release the Android 15-based One UI 7 beta update. It will be first major Android OS for both Galaxy Tab S10 series and Galaxy S4 FE.
