Samsung has distributed the March 2025 security update to almost all of its eligible devices; however, it takes time to roll out new firmware in all regions, so the Galaxy S22, A54, and A53 are now getting the March 2025 update in India, while these smartphones in Europe and some other regions have already enjoyed this update a few days ago.

Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra users are getting the latest improvement update with build version S901EXXSCEYC1, S906EXXSCEYC1, and S908EXXSCEYC1, respectively. The firmware package size for the S22 units is around 406.91 MB.
Galaxy A54 and A53 smartphone users can identify this latest security patch with build versions A546EXXSBCYB7 and A536EXXSDEYB9. For both devices, the software update sizes are 249.33 MB and 259.28 MB, respectively.
The March 2025 update brings security patches to enhance the overall security of these devices. The update includes fixes for more than 58 SVE’s, and it also comes with improved system stability to provide a smooth user experience.
